Job Description

As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing real estate projects from early-stage feasibility to commercialization.

  • Managing the development of projects across all aspects: financial, urban planning, architectural, legal and commercial
  • Identifying development opportunities and defining a vision for site (re)development
  • Conducting financial feasibility studies and preparing business cases
  • Leading acquisition processes, negotiations, and potential partnerships
  • Managing and coordinating the permitting process
  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies
  • Coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders (architects, consultants, public authorities, legal advisors, etc.)
  • Monitoring market trends and maintaining strong sector knowledge
  • Ensuring strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Integrating sustainability principles into all developments

Profile

  • Master’s degree (Architect, Engineer, Business, Law or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development: financial, legal, technical, and commercial aspects
  • Proven experience in feasibility, acquisition and permitting processes
  • Proven experience in residential real estate development and project structuring
  • Ability to manage projects from feasibility to permitting and commercialization
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and decision-driven mindset
  • +- 10 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in French, good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Autocad is a plus
